Functional U,V axis design

U, V axis strategically placed on the upper column enhances rigidity and insures stable and high precision taper cutting.

Rigid and symmetrical machine base

A. All major machine components made from properly aged and annealed high quality Meehanite cast iron for superior rigidity and longevity.
B. Computer aided design generates a well balanced frame and insures lass deflection from loading and proper even wear over time.

A. Precision ballscrews and linear motion guide ways on X/Y/Z/U/V axis.
B. Direct drive AC servo motors on the ballscrews help eliminates backlash and allow for more accurate positioning.
C. Machines are laser calibrated for accuracy of positioning and repeatability.
